Full Custom Jewelry can take an average of 3-6 weeks.
Less Customized Jewelry can take an average of 2-3 weeks.
Our shipping will be determined by your location. Our specialized shipping allows a more secure approach to receiving your product.
Our unique shopping experience allows you to meet with our Diamond Pro, learn about the product you are shopping for, receive continuous communication during the process, pictures of your product(s) throughout the process, secure delivery to specific locations to ensure you receive your product, and finally a life-long relationship with your jeweler for all your needs.
Our process quite simply recommends that you shop at other jewelers in your local area and ensure you're comfortable throughout this process. While you're visiting other jewelers, I recommend that you have your finger sized at 1 or more jewelry stores. (this may seem counter-intuitive however I am focused on your overall experience even if you buy from another retailer)
All of our jewelry adjustments will be unique and can be discussed with our Diamond Pro.
LSB Diamonds offers a 1 year limited warranty on all fine Jewelry purchases. The warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect including: loose stones or prongs, broken clasps, and soft chains. Resizing is not included.
If you require resizing of your jewelry additional fees may apply.
If you're interested in repairs outside of warranty or resizing your jewelry, please reach out to admin@lsbdiamonds.com.
We offer returns and exchanges of non-custom products within the first 10 days of delivery. All custom jewelry sales are final. Restocking fees apply.
